Applications

  • In heating and hot water supply systems (gas alternative: hydrodynamic heater);
  • In heating directly washing media, solutions, oil products, in circulating systems;
  • For pasteurization and homogenization of food liquids (pasteurizer of milk, egg melange, mixtures for making ice cream, etc.);
  • For making condensed milk from dry ingredients according to specifications (white or boiled);
  • For making vegetable milk (for example, soybean milk) and pasty animal feeds based on legumes and cereals (soybean processing).

Milk Pasteurizer - homogenizer (equipment)

TEK-PH milk pasteurizer performs direct heating, pasteurization, homogenization of milk, milk mixtures, egg liquids and other food stuffs.

It has a number of indisputable advantages as compared to conventional equipment:

  • it combines three operations: pasteurization, homogenization and holding, which is conducive to pasteurized product higher quality and 25-40% cost reduction;
  • as convective heating surfaces are missing, the product is not scorched, which contributes to its quality;
  • unit design makes it possible to heat, pasteurize, homogenize and discharge the product at a required temperature which is especially important in milk industry, as the product can be discharged at, say, ripening temperature, thus minimizing production cost by denying heating to this temperature;
  • use is made of heat recovery.

Juice and fruit puree pasteurizer

We provide an innovative technology and manufacture unique equipment for pasteurizing, sterilizing, homogenizing juices and fruit puree in the production line. Juice pasteurizer design is based on using hydrodynamics.

Thermal processing is aimed at preserving juice natural properties. The process of heating is very sparing which ensures all useful elements preservation.

TEKMASH offers a solution which is most suitable for processing juices and fruit puree and reduces the product losses to zero.

Soya processing unit TEK-SM

TEK-SM unit consists of a pump with an electric drive, a bunker for loading the components (soya, wheat, peas, barley, other leguminous plants, water, supplements) and a special device for grinding, homogenizing and thermally processing mixtures.

Temperature is controlled and maintained automatically.

The equipment is protected by Canadian and USA patents and by international invention applications.
