Extruder
Feed Extruder - FE 4000
The feed extruder FE 4000 is our premium product, suitable for applications in feed industry and also, in combination with the high-capacity oilseed press FS 4015, for the extrusion pressing technology. Modern design and emphasis on maximum functionality and processing quality are the main assets of this machine.
The working unit of this extruder is able to press the material inside under great pressures, and heat it up to a high temperature, which makes it suitable for feed-related applications. The extrusion process facilitates the removal of some anti-nutritional substances from the feed, as well as a change in texture, expansion and sterilization of the feed, gelatinization of starch, and denaturation of proteins. In the applications for ruminants, extrusion leads to an increase in the content of by-pass protein. In general, extrusion leads to a tastier and more nutritious feed.
The extruders are offered in two variants: dry and wet extrusion; additionally, the line can be supplemented with the steam conditioner FK 4000.
COLD PRESSING

Screw presses Farmet are intended for cold pressing of oilseeds, without preliminary oilseed treatment. It is suitable for pressing of canola, sunflower, flax as well as other oilseeds (such as seeds of jatropha, hemp, mustard, poppy, artichoke, primrose, amaranth, sea buckthorn, grapeseed or copra). The machine has low demand for operational area and simple installation. We recommend this unit as an ideal solution for small and medium-scale farmers.
Screw Press UNO
The press consists of the drive unit, a pressing head and a motor starter or a frequency converter. The press is mounted on a wooden base. The drive consists of an electric motor and a gear-box.
The pressing head consists of a matrix, a screw, a head, a nozzle holder, four nozzles or various diameters and a heating collar. Regulation of the heating collar is supplied as an option.

The press consists of the drive unit for two pressing heads and a motor starter or a frequency converter. The press is mounted on a wooden base. The drive consists of an electric motor and a gear-box.

Complete Pressing Unit Farmer 10
The pressing unit consists of the screw press UNO, fitted with an oilseed hopper above the press. Under the press, there are plastic sedimentation tanks for produced oil.
On the steel construction, there is a pump for transferring oil from the sedimentation tank to the plate filter, which removes the residual solids from the oil.
Complete Pressing Unit Farmer 20
The machine has low demand for operational area and simple installation. We recommend this unit as an ideal solution for small and medium-scale farmers. The unit produces high-quality filtered vegetable oil and press cakes which can be used as a full-bodied replacement of oilseed meals. With its higher oil content, the cake has even higher nutritional value.
